During my four years as an Art Director at Rent the Runway, I led the creative charge for all things paid media. Working at a fast-paced fashion startup meant getting scrappy—and my small but mighty in-house team consistently rose to the challenge. We produced a high volume of creative assets, leveraging testing and analytics to ensure every design was not just on-brand but also data-driven and performance-focused. Collaborating closely with the growth and marketing teams, we played a key role in acquiring over 1 million subscribers to the Unlimited clothing rental platform, proving that smart, agile creativity can deliver big results.
